Who enters and exits.
Last year, the advanced film production class at East Hollywood High School decided to take on an insanely ambitious project: make a feature macbeth film adaptation of Shakespeares Macbeth.
But now that the whole film is shot were asking for help to get it finished.
We decided to trim it down school to 60 minutes, keep the original language, but set it in a post-apocalyptic futurekind of Shakespeare meets the Road Warrior.
Who says what and whenwho are these people and how are they related?Author: Alisia Muir, Edmondson-Westside Senior High School, school school Baltimore,.Were asking you to join with us script to make Macbeth a success so we school can continue this unique educational opportunity.Time: Two 45-minute class periods, materials: script What To Do, script day One.
Macbeth the next day.
Explain that the script needs five high characters and no lines may be cut.
Each group has 30 minutes to complete the following:.
After all of the groups have windows performed media their scenes, ask the students to discuss any patterns or windows consistencies they observed in how the characters' lines were assigned and how the scenes were staged.
The class was a school huge success, with each student really stepping up and taking responsibility for their role. The class won first place for transposing the events of William Shakespeares Macbeth from 11th century Scotland to a 1950s American diner.Students will use inference skills to add movement and meaning to the scene.Every dollar will go towards commando making this film the best it can.Macbeth, have the students skim through the pages, read the character list, and ask any questions they might have in preparation for starting. We want this to look and sound windows greatto really reflect the work these students put into it and the potential that a high school film production program can have.We had students in charge of camerawork, lighting, costumes, locations, makeup and special effects, as well as all the acting. One thing I enjoyed about todays lesson.Teacher may want to delineate how many movements, tone words, and stage directions need to be present for the completed script.Once its finished school we plan to show the film around the country in festivals and any other venues that cater towards Shakespeare or childrens film production.Special citations were also given to the following: M-2017 for best production design; K-2017 for most unique concept; and Miguel Quilit of G-2017 for best actor (he portrayed Macbeth as a ghetto dweller).
Practice the script with appropriate action and tone.
Two things I have questions about.
Tied in second place macbeth script for high school were the classes of C-2017 and K-2017, while G-2017 placed third.
